We provide two distinct offerings. These vary according to the service level contracted. Chose the one which meets your needs or ask to help you choose the right one.


The Basic Web Design Basic option is for companies which only need a web site and where search results are secondary. This includes a basic installation of Open Realty. If your site has less than five pages plus the contact page, we can quote a reduced price. Please refer to the notes under the (*) asterisk below. We’ll provide the standard Open Realty templates and perform a few basic adaptations, such as your company name and logo.


The Premium Web Design Option is recommended for a more appealing web site where we’ll customize some Open Realty templates to your aesthetic needs. This package is ideally suited for companies in need of a distinct corporate image for a particular market impact

* We finish off with another option of a Mini Site Design. It is quite sufficient for many small companies who require only a small brochure-like site. This is enough to show products and services across five pages plus one contact information page. The characteristics of the page are the same as for the web design premium and the price is between $500 y $750. You need to add the following to these costs:


 

Comments
The client provides all consents (texts and images). In some instances we provide pictures for illustration purposes.
The client provides his company and/or product logo(s).
The prices mentioned above are representative for a typical real estate company but if your business needs script customizations for Open Realty or has other special requirements, these will be quoted separately.
The prices quoted are for a unilingual Open Realty site. Each additional language typically costs about 40% of the original site price.
 
Terms of Payment
We require 50% down payment at the time the contract is signed as well as the hosting fee ($180) and the domain fee ($20), if required. The remainder may be paid in monthly installments agreed with GalleryWebs.
